Publishing a job listing costs 10 tokens (approx. EUR 9.99). You can also boost your listing for 5 tokens or add an urgent badge for 5 tokens. 10 free tokens are included on signup.

You can purchase tokens directly on the web via credit card (Stripe) or through the iOS app (Apple In-App Purchase). Packages range from 10 to 150 tokens.

No. Vardio uses a pay-per-use credit model. You only spend tokens when you publish or boost listings. No contracts, no monthly fees.

The Enterprise Pilot is designed for companies hiring at scale (e.g. call centers, logistics, events). It includes screening questions, candidate pipeline management, recruiter notes, and scoring — all built into the platform.

Yes. Every job listing on Vardio supports Turkish, German, and English. Our AI can generate all three versions from a single description.

Our matching algorithm considers job category, location, skills, languages, availability, and worker readiness. Candidates are scored and ranked so you see the best fits first.

Yes. Once you accept an application, you can chat directly with the worker in-app. No phone numbers or emails exchanged until you decide.

You can close a listing at any time. Tokens spent on publishing are not refunded, but unused boost/urgent tokens remain in your balance.
